About
Auroville Cyclothon is mainly focused on joy of cycling inside and around Auroville. This event started in 2024 with some young cyclists who are based in Auroville and nearby bioregion.
Registration
Online registration for the Auroville Cyclothon 2025 as the 2nd edition started this year, scheduled for Sunday, March 2, 2025, opens on January 24, 2025, at NOON, until February 26, 2025, at NOON.

JOY OF CYCLING IN AUROVILLE
RULES FOR CYCLOTHON 2025 FOR 25/50/100 KM RIDE
- Only people with registration BIB will be allowed entry into the holding area
- Reporting time for 100 KM Ride participants is 4.15 am
- Flag off for 100 KM is at 4.30 am
- Reporting time for 50 KM Ride participants is 5.15 am
- Flag off for 50 KM is at 5.30 am
- Reporting time for 25 KM participants is 6.15 am
- Flag off for 25 KM is at 6.30 am
- Kindly note that 25km will be MTB/Hybrid/Gravel cycles only.
- Medical facilities / Recovery zone will be made available at the race venue
- Helmet, lights (front & rear) are mandatory for 100 & 50 Km participants.
- Should not drafting the Truck or van or any vehicles on the road.
- It is purely for the joy of cycling
